An Early Childhood School-Home Learning Design: Strategies and Resources

This publication presents a comprehensive design for carrying out an early chilchood school-home curriculum with intensive involvement of parents.  It represents over twenty years of parent-teacher partnership research.  In particular the focus is on working with parents of children who are at-risk in the kindergarten/primary grades, but the strategies presented have merit for use throughout the school program.  These involvement strategies have prove successful with parents of various backgrounds and needs.
