A hands-on component deals with state of the art personal computer operating systems, applications such as sound, image, and video editing, spreadsheets and databases, the Internet, email, and basic web site construction. The structure of the workbook combines lectures and hands-on projects in which students use their own PC, Mac, tablet, or lab computers.
